REAP What You Sow Through Art Report Launched!

LGNI are delighted to share our 'hot off the press' evaluation report sharing the success, impact and activities that took place as part of this fantastic intergenerational arts project!  The 'REAP What You Sow Through Art' Project was funded by the Arts Council  for Northern Ireland and National Lottery Good Causes Rural Engagement in Arts Programme.

Coordinated by LGNI the project supported three intergenerational arts projects in rural communities across NI linking up older people's groups with school pupils and local artists.

The groups/schools that took part included:

  • Sion Mills Community Association and Sion Integrated Primary School
  • Portaferry Community Services and Portaferry Integrated Primary School
  • Saintfield Men's Shed and Saintfield High School

Our amazing artists included:

  • Leona Devine Ceramic Artist
  • Davy Holden Mosaic Work
  • Marketa B Pyrography Artist
