Calling all Care Home & Care Setting Staff!
The Covid pandemic has had a devastating impact on the community connections and mental health and wellbeing of older people in Care Homes and Settings. LGNI are passionate about supporting you to rebuild connections for your residents and older people through intergenerational work! Are you interested in developing intergenerational connections but just aren't sure how to do it, need ideas and some funding to support you? Linking Generations NI's CPD accredited Intergenerational training is a great place to start, offers CPD hours, a small grant opportunity and also connection with our team.
We know that its difficult to allocate time for training and also the development of activities but also know that its vital at the current time. LGNI are planning on running a bespoke training programme for Care Homes & Settings via Zoom and we would love to have you on board.
