Ceramicist creating a 50th anniversary mosaic for Beth Johnson

9 March 2022

The Beth Johnson Foundation have invited Philip Hardaker to work with them to create a large mosaic that will sit above the fireplace in their downstairs community hub in Parkfield House. This will comprise of 50 tiles, to commemorate 50 years of the Beth Johnson Foundation.

Initially, interested contributors will be invited to a one-hour Zoom meeting, where Philip will introduce the process of designing their tile.

The Maximum number of tiles is 50, including two for LGNI. Participants include volunteers, clients, staff, trustees, patron, and stake holders.

If you are interested in taking part in designing a tile representing LGNI we would love to hear from you.  You will also be contributing to a unique piece of art, and help commemorate the 50 years of work where the BJF has been championing the voices of older people.
