GIW23 Photo Competition Winner Announced!
We are delighted to announce the winner of our 'Connecting Generations' photography competition to celebrate #GIW23 in conjunction with the Commissioner For Older People For N I and Northern Ireland Commissioner for Children and Young People as Claire Smales from Banbridge.
Claire sent in this photograph of her son Dash Coulter and her father Robert Smales, who are generations connected in every sense of the word!
Robert moved to Northern Ireland just over a year ago and both he and Dash agree that the greatest benefits to his move, are that they get to spend more time with each other!
Before this, the pair didn't see each other very often, but Claire tells us that her father now 'lights up' when Dash enters the room at his care home in Bangor!
