Check out our amazing trainee and network member NI War Memorial Museum. Outreach officer Michael took part in LGNI's intergenerational training and received a small grant to put this amazing WW2 virtual intergenerational project idea into practice! Towell House Residents were connected virtually with Brooklands Primary School pupils. The kids used wartime objects and photographs to ask questions to the residents, encouraging them to share their memories of their own childhoods during the Second World War. This is a perfect example of LGNI's aim to connect, inspire and support intergenerational practice across NI by building capacity and sustainable links.
